Originally from the North of France, the South has conquered me. Over 15 years ago, I became a sports coach in France and abroad. I turned to yoga because of the signs my body was sending me.

I started practising in France and then abroad with different teachers. This unexpected discovery led me to India. There, I became a certified Yoga Alliance practitioner. Now it's my turn to pass on my knowledge, which I'm adding to every day.
