Monsieur, a well-known chef who has been working in the Gulf for over 30 years, prepares his dishes using products selected for their quality and freshness. This traditional cuisine features truffles in all seasons, Black Angus meat from the USA, Argentina and Australia, Charolais and Aubrac meats.
