It was established in 2019 with its first restaurant in Limoges, followed by two other openings in 2020 in Brive-la-Gaillarde and Montauban. In 2022, POHMAË continued its expansion with two new openings in Angoulême and Draguignan, and in 2023, a new restaurant opened in Port Grimaud.
